STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT: Meet Grace, a Year Seven student who is very proudly connecting to her culture, as a Dharawal person. We are excited to share that she delivered her first Acknowledgement of Country as a high school student at today’s whole school assembly. The Acknowledgement of Country was especially significant, as it was in language.

YEAR 10 2027: We look forward to seeing current Year 9 students at our Year 9 into 10 information evening to be held at the BWSC Woy Woy campus on Thursday 18th June.

CONGRATULATIONS: Congratulations to Mr Dane Stevenson who has been recognised for his 20 years of service to public education. Dane taught PDHPE at the Umina Campus as an early career teacher, and returned later in his career after time in rural schools.

Throughout his years as a teacher - totalling almost 24 years - Dane has had an incredible impact on the lives of many young people. His influence reaches beyond our school to include Sydney North and CHS sport. A fantastic teacher and mentor to so many, Dane is passionate about physical activity and health and is an elite sportsman in his own right - we’re extremely fortunate to have him!
