World Teachers’ Day – Thank You to Our Staff
World Teachers’ Day provides a wonderful opportunity to acknowledge the dedication, care and commitment of our teachers and all school staff. I would like to sincerely thank our entire team for the incredible support they provide to our students each and every day. The work our staff do goes far beyond the classroom, and their efforts in creating a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment are truly appreciated.

A heartfelt thank you also goes to the parents and families who have taken the time to share messages of appreciation and gratitude. These thoughtful gestures mean a great deal to our staff and remind us of the strength of our school community.

We would also like to thank our Random Acts of Kindness Club and Vibe Tribe for spreading positivity and providing small tokens of appreciation. Your thoughtfulness and kindness helped make this occasion even more special! Thank you to our P&C for the beautiful cake for our morning tea.

Students in year 1HB have been very productive this term. In English students are creating short written texts including recounts of stories with events and characters. The students have written amazing recounts of Big Rain Coming and their artwork is also fabulous!

DON'T FORGET - THIS FRIDAY!

Reminder that Day for Daniel will be held on Friday 30th October.

Day for Daniel is a national day of action to raise awareness of child safety, protection and harm prevention. Held on the last Friday of October each year, it is about educating children and adults about keeping kids safe through child safety and protection initiatives. 'Wear Red and Educate' is the theme for the day.

Please wear a red item of clothing, ie tshirt, shoes, hair tie along with your usual school uniform. This is an awareness day therefore no donations are needed.

Please be advised we will not be holding Halloween dress-up activities at school this year. Friday 30 October is World Teachers’ Day and Day for Daniel, and our focus will be on recognising and celebrating these important occasions.
We understand that some students may be disappointed, and we encourage families to enjoy their Halloween costumes at home for trick-or-treating.
Thank you for your understanding and support
