CHANGING THE ZIMBABWE CONSTITUTION WITHOUT THE MANDATE OF THE PEOPLE IS TREASONOUS.

Section 1 of the Constitution of Zimbabwe (2013) is crystal clear that “Zimbabwe is a unitary, democratic and sovereign republic”. Any other territorial thought or scheme would be treasonous. It’s that simple and straightforward.
Allow me to say this it is also treasonous to change the constitution to a One Party State given the fact that, the current regime was not mandated by the people .
They grabbed power by force. This is not acceptable at all. That's the reason why elections are held every five years.

THE SEOM of the 23rd and 24th August 2023 harmonised general election still stands. NULL AND VOID.

The resignation of from CCC does not give ZANU-PF the powers to lead the country and change the constitution , they are just a caretaker government that should lead the processes for a National Transitional Authority to reset the country on a fresh start.
Any changes to the constitution is treasonous to the people of Zimbabwe, and it's a breach of section 1 of the 2013 Supreme Constitution of Zimbabwe.
"The Republic ", declares that Zimbabwe shall be a sovereign state, independent, and democratic Republic .
Democratic Republic: It explicitly identifies Zimbabwe as a democratic Republic, implying a government based on the will of people through elections and representative institutions.
In Zimbabwe we have no president we have a caretaker government masquerading as an elected government. They have no mandate to change the constitution. Any changes to the constitution is treasonous.
The way forward for Zimbabwe is a NTA . Then reforms followed by new fresh elections. The country needs to be reset .
The Chief Justice must lead the process for National Transitional Authority.

SHUTDOWN SUPPORT AND GEZA MOBILISATION STRATEGY.

We appreciate the dedication and fighting spirit of comrade Bombshell blessed Geza and his team as Zvido Zvevanhu People's Party (ZZPP) we support this Geza initiative and hope that our other opposition leaders who have more than two million supporters who voted for them should also mobilise their members to stay away and support the shut down. I hope we have learnt from the 31st March 2025 demo that this is a numbers game if we are to step ahead with the country's reset.

Imagine if the two million plus opposition supporters had been mobilised to attend the 31st March demo, things could have been different today.
As of Cmrade Geza's Team, we age him to come clear to the citizens and pronounce assurance that he is doing this as a leader of Citizens not a factional fighter because we have also learnt that citizens are still worried that this is another 2017 Chinhu Chedu intitative that one faction of ZANU-PF want the support of the masses.

Imagine the numbers that could have or start supporting this initiative if Cde Bombshell Geza could clearly state that the move is a citizen driven to establish a citizen NTA lead by a non Zanu PF/ aligned leader but a neutral leader outside Zanu PF and current main opposition players without any interference of the Military.

BREAKING NEWS
ZVIDO ZVEVANHU PEOPLE’S PARTY 31ST MARCH 2025 SIGNAL
It is a democratic right for every Zimbabwean to express their concerns about the government. Section 59 of the Constitution of Zimbabwe states, “Every person has the right to demonstrate and to present a petition, but these rights must be exercised peacefully.” However, we all know Zimbabwe being Zimbabwe, ZANU-PF being ZANU-PF, and our partisan Security sector being always by for and with ZANU-PF, it was not always the case except in 2017 when they felt their interests were being threatened.

Universally, the military should not be involved in the country's politics at any given time, nor should it side with a political party or individual. This is in line with the demands of Comrade Bombshell Geza, war veterans, and citizens at large, who have been calling for the ZRP Police Commissioner, Stephen Mutamba, to respect the people's right to be in the streets. We also go further and call upon the Military to respect the right to life as we are once again reminded of the death of the six (6) people who were shot by live bullets when they went into the streets after disputed election results.

Comrade Bombshell Geza, in all his addresses, has always voiced concern against the ZRP Police for not trumping on the people's rights when they go on the streets on the 31stof March 2025, but this uttermost silence demands the same to soldiers who used live bullets and the real war tactics to manage the crowd unless that’s an indication of assurance that has been made granted by the soldiers to let the people freely go to the streets to stop the current President ED Mnangagwa from tampering the constitution. In 2017, the soldiers went on live on ZBC news Television to clearly and cartographically state that the then-president was also going the same route that the citizens have seen now that the Military has kept quiet about, although they are the key role players in the constitution that is to protect the CITIZENS.

We are not saying the soldiers should repeat the 2017 coup, but rather, the same concerns they raised about the trampling of the constitution in 2017 still apply to date. We call upon the Military to stop being used by any Political Party or an individual. We call upon Comrade Bombshell Geza to categorically and clearly demand the same from the soldiers as he did to the police. We further call upon Comrade Geza to clarify to the public that they have secured a social contract with the soldiers and police, ensuring that no political party or individual will exploit them and that they will respect the rights of citizens to demonstrate, as enshrined in the supreme constitution of the land.

Comrade Bombshell Geza as we wait for the signal. We expect the signal to clearly come with an address to both soldiers and the police, confirming that our demands have been addressed and are ready to be given.

To our party supporters and followers, as we have consistently stated, let's not settle for less, a half-meal. This is not about Comrade Bombshell Geza, War Veterans, Civil servants, Vendors, Pensioners, or those who lost their investments; this is not about clearing Gudo Guru cheWedza. Enough is enough. ZANU-PF MUST GO; ZANU-PF MUST GO. “WE NEED NEW LEADERS”.

A National Transitional Authority (NTA) run by a neutral person outside the current political sphere, not by prominent figures, but by a neutral individual who has not been involved in the current dynamics to ensure impartiality. As Zvido Zvevanhu Peoples Party representing Zvido Zvevanhu, Intando ya Bantu, the people's wish, we also want to be called upon to air citizens' views. ( Zvido Zvevanhu , Intando yabantu).

To our supporters, we are at that time again where your heart should speak to you. Your needs should prompt you to make the personal decision that our current leaders made when they decided to go to war, facing what they thought was a giant Ian Douglas Smith, as their personal wishes need to be taken into account. If your heart tells you to stay home, you should know that you have accepted a one-party state run by ED Mnangagwa and his friends. The best you could do is to continuously stay home until Mnangagwa and ZANU-PF leaves office.

However, if your heart does not desire such a Dynasty, then be prepared to face the Goliath of our time. But fear not. God will give us the David strength that is the key to victory, just as it was for David versus Goliath. “GOD IS IN IT”. Masvikiro, vadzimu neMhondoro dzeZimbabwe havatisiye tiri tega vachatichengetedza sekuchengeta kwavakaita varume ava vave kutiita nhapwa nhasi uno munguva yehondo.

We Bet Mnangagwa will be gone if there are continuous street demonstrations or continue to stay home. If you are concerned about the streets, help others stay home continuously until Mnangagwa Steps Down and ZANU-PF leaves office for a National Transitional Authority (NTA).

Dear Fellow Citizens,

As we gather with our loved ones this Christmas season, let us reflect on the profound biblical meaning of Christmas—the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who brought hope, love, and salvation to the world. It is a time for gratitude, reflection, and unity, even as we navigate the challenges that confront us as a nation.

Our beloved Zimbabwe is at a crossroads. Instead of living in a country brimming with hope, joy, and opportunities, we find ourselves under the grip of a leadership that prioritises self-interest over the well-being of its people. The principles of democracy, the rule of law, and respect for human rights have been trampled upon. Citizens are silenced, tortured, and subjected to fear for expressing their views, while the sacred freedoms enshrined in our constitution, such as freedom of speech and association, are systematically eroded

As you travel to your rural homes or celebrate wherever you are, I urge you to take this time to reflect deeply on our shared struggles and aspirations. Let us be clear: Zimbabwe is not ZANU-PF. ZANU-PF is merely a political party, and no party has the right to equate itself with the nation.

The notion of extending the current leadership’s tenure without due process is an affront to our constitution, which mandates general elections every five years. We must reject any attempts to manipulate this principle and remain vigilant against those who prioritise personal gain over the progress of our country.

Citizens, beware of deceptive tactics. The distribution of luxury vehicles and handouts to certain individuals is nothing more than vote-buying, a blatant misuse of taxpayers’ money. This money could be better spent on improving healthcare, building schools, repairing our roads, and creating opportunities for employment. Let us reject corruption and refuse to be misled by those who exploit our nation’s resources to maintain power.

Our struggles are real, erratic electricity, unsafe drinking water, dilapidated infrastructure, inadequate wages for civil servants, and a widening gap between the rich and the poor. These are not the signs of a thriving nation. Yet, in the face of these challenges, we must hold fast to our belief in a brighter future. Let us draw inspiration from those who fought for our independence and freedom.

As we celebrate this Christmas, let us unite in purpose. Let us demand accountability and work towards a Zimbabwe where everyone, regardless of background, can thrive. Take what is given to you by the ruling party, knowing it belongs to the people of Zimbabwe and not to a political entity. Use it to build a better future, but do not be swayed by their intentions.

With the spirit of Simba Kuvanhu and Rusunguko Kuvanhu, power and freedom to the people let us strive for a nation that values the will and dignity of its citizens.

Merry Christmas to you all. Enjoy the holidays responsibly, and may the new year bring renewed hope and determination to fight for the Zimbabwe we deserve.

Yours in service,
Godfrey Matadi

Recovery Plan Package for Reconstruction Post-ZANU PF

It is evident that ZANU PF has failed to effectively govern Zimbabwe, leading to the country's economic collapse and widespread social suffering. With the nation
brought to its knees, the time has come to formulate a comprehensive Recovery Plan Package for reconstruction post-ZANU PF. This plan will serve as a blueprint
for any opposition party that assumes leadership through a democratic election.
ZANU PF's legacy is marred by gross human rights abuses, the erosion of the rule of law, the absence of property rights, a compromised judiciary, and endemic corruption. Addressing these systemic issues requires a collective and inclusive
effort to rebuild the nation.
The Zvido Zvevanhu People's Party (ZZPP), mandated by the people, has been entrusted with initiating negotiations for a post-ZANU PF recovery framework This
blueprint will be accessible to any political party that assumes office and will focus on inclusive reconstruction. Success requires the involvement of key domestic
stakeholders, including the Council of Chiefs, the Army, the Police, the Clerk of Parliament, religious institutions such as churches, Pentecostal organisations, the
Council of Churches, and VaPostori.
Furthermore, international partners must be involved to ensure their perspectives are
integrated into the recovery process. The role of the international community is
critical, as history reminds us of the pivotal role played by the United Kingdom during
Zimbabwe's birth through the Lancaster House Agreement. Signed on 21 December
1979, the agreement marked the end of the Rhodesian Bush War and paved the
way for Zimbabwe's independence. Today, we look to the same spirit of collaboration to help chart a new path for Zimbabwe's future.
Over the past 24 years, ZANU PF has repeatedly demonstrated its inability to prioritise citizens' well-being. Instead, it has declared war on those demanding accountability, further deepening the nation's crisis. Given this, we call upon the British Government to mediate negotiations between political parties, ensuring a fair and impartial process that leads to lasting solutions for the betterment of all Zimbabwean citizens.
Zimbabwe's current financial distress can not be ignored. The nation owes significant debts to international entities, including the European Union, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the World Bank, the African Development Bank, as well as nations such as China, Russia, Arab states, and others. It is imperative to engage these creditors and ensure their views are heard as part of the recovery dialogue. By addressing these obligations transparently and equitably, we can protect their
investments while prioritising solutions that alleviate the suffering of Zimbabwe's citizens.
The Recovery Plan Package will be a collaborative effort that fosters trust, promotes accountability, and restores Zimbabwe's place as a thriving and democratic nation.
Together, we can rebuild Zimbabwe for the benefit of our people.

No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment or punishment. The right to be free from torture and inhuman or degrading treatment is a universally recognized human right.
The current regime is slow to enact legislation that prevents and prohibits torture for use at their advantage to suppress all opposing voices.
This is one of his core duties of the president to uphold the constitution and protect the citizens.
TORTURE IS A CRIME.
Mr Mnangagwa is a lawyer, and he knows it very well that it is prohibited internationally.
We say no to torture in Zimbabwe.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT.

Citizens can we say CCC was a Temporary Project meant to go in a election to give Zanu PF the mandate to rule for another five year Team or rather the only vehicle available to be used by regime to call for elections since they knew that citizens did no want to hear anything to do with MDC Mwonzora and also the people of Zimbabwe loved Chamisa.
The only way this Temporary Project to win the hearts of many was to put Chamisa's name in the equation, the new party etc, The strategic ambiguity, no structures no reforms, no clear road map citizens are in it was just but a farce meant to confuse the electorate to avoid voter apathy and give false hope to the nation. Let the truth be said citizens Chamisa's name was used to deceive the masses to believe that numbers count in elections without the major electoral reforms being implimented. We all know that numbers and electoral reforms works simultaneously.
Why did our lawyer's not see this loop hole, or maybe they are in accomplice with the regime. How can learned lawyer's allow such a thing to happen. So can we say we have rotten apples in the system (lawyer's) who turn a blind eye defending bad governance for personal gain. Surely something is not right somewhere somehow. Don't you think the nation was played to believe such hypocrisy.
Don't you thing we are putting too much trust in our lawyer's who always hide by an error or omission of law safeguarding their reputation doing nothing for the masses.
By Chamisa resigning from the party he left the Sheep wondering in the wilderness nowhere to go.
If they want drinking water, they are constantly being subject to hungry crocodiles and hyenas.
What I am saying, we have no strong opposition party in Zimbabwe. We have a Zanu Pf B Team masquerading as opposition party for personal gain looting of public funds. We are on our own citizens We have No one to push the agenda for democracy and reforms in my country it's They do not care about us. They only want your vote and you wont see them again until another election time.
Citizens wake up and smell the coffee. Are we being used?
My opinion let's change our mindset, lets forget about big names because they have lead us astray. Lets rally for leaders that are non aligned to the current system and look for one with a clear vision and willing to serve the nation , a better life for all. lets give them a chance to lead the country to the promised land.
CCC leader officially gave Zanu Pf the mandate to rule another five years, with the aid of ZEC commissioners, the captured judiciary, and the repressive Police.
This is another Judas lscariot of today. After realising that he was used, he decided to abandon his party to save his credibility in case he decides to come back to politics in the future.
The Tshabangu recalls were meant to further punish the citizens for voting against Zanu Pf.
The CCC leader resigned, living the sheep in the wilderness unattended.
Let's have your comments, citizens.

Competitive Authoritarianism Country.
Let me start by the meaning competitive authoritarianism. In a competitive authoritarian regime, "formal democratic institutions exist and are widely viewed as the primary means of gaining power, but ... incumbents' abuse of the state places them at a significant advantage vis-à-vis their opponents. “Competitive authoritarianism must be distinguished from democracy on the one hand and full-scale authoritarianism on the other.
Modern democratic regimes all meet four minimum criteria:
1) Executives and legislatures are chosen through elections that are open, free, and fair;
2) Virtually all adults possess the right to vote;
3) Political rights and civil liberties, including freedom of the press, freedom of association, and freedom to criticize the government without reprisal, are broadly protected; and
4) Elected authorities possess real authority to govern, in that they are not subject to the tutelary control of military or clerical leaders.
5) Although elections are regularly held and are generally free of massive fraud, incumbents routinely abuse state resources, deny the opposition adequate media coverage, harass opposition candidates and their supporters, and in some cases, manipulate electoral results. Journalists, opposition politicians, and other government critics may be spied on, threatened, harassed, or arrested. Members of the opposition may be jailed, exiled, or—less frequently—even assaulted or murdered. Regimes characterized by such abuses cannot be called democratic.
Competitive authoritarianism must therefore be distinguished from unstable, ineffective, or otherwise flawed types of regimes that nevertheless meet basic standards of democracy. According to O’Donnell, delegative democracies are characterized by low levels of horizontal accountability (checks and balances) and therefore exhibit powerful, plebiscitarian, and occasionally abusive executives. Rather than openly violating democratic rules (for example, by banning or repressing the opposition and the media), incumbents are more likely to use bribery, co-optation, and more subtle forms of persecution, such as the use of tax authorities, compliant judiciaries, and other state agencies to “legally” harass, persecute, or extort cooperative behaviour from critics.
1.The Electoral Arena.
The first and most important arena of contestation is the electoral arena. In authoritarian regimes, elections either do not exist or are not seriously contested. Electoral competition is eliminated either de jure, or de facto. In the latter, opposition parties are routinely banned or disqualified from electoral competition, and opposition leaders are often jailed. In addition, independent or outside observers are prevented from verifying results via parallel vote counts, which creates widespread opportunities for vote stealing. In competitive authoritarian regimes, elections are often bitterly fought. Although the electoral process may be characterized by large-scale abuses of state power, biased media coverage, (often violent) harassment of opposition candidates and activists, and an overall lack of transparency.

2)The legislative arena.
A second arena of contestation is the legislature. In most full-scale authoritarian regimes, legislatures either do not exist or are so thoroughly controlled by the ruling party that conflict between the legislature and the executive branch is virtually unthinkable.
3)The judicial arena.
A third arena of potential contestation is the judiciary. Governments in competitive authoritarian regimes routinely attempt to subordinate the judiciary, often via impeachment, or, more subtly, through bribery, extortion, and other mechanisms of co-optation.
Although competitive authoritarian governments may subsequently punish judges who rule against them, such acts against formally independent judiciaries may generate important costs in terms of domestic and international legitimacy.
4) The media.
Finally, the media are often a central point of contention in competitive authoritarian regimes. In most full-blown autocracies, the media are entirely state-owned, heavily censored, or systematically repressed. Leading television and radio stations are controlled by the government (or its close allies), and major independent newspapers and magazines are either prohibited by law in dure or de facto. Journalists who provoke the ire of the government risk arrest, deportation, and even assassination.
Executives in competitive authoritarian regimes often actively seek to suppress the independent media, using more subtle mechanisms of repression than their counterparts in authoritarian regimes. These methods often include bribery, the selective allocation of state advertising, the manipulation of debts and taxes owed by media outlets, the fomentation of conflicts among stockholders, and restrictive press laws that facilitate the prosecution of independent and opposition journalists
Con A third arena of potential contestation is the judiciary. Governments in competitive authoritarian regimes routinely attempt to subordinate the judiciary, often via impeachment, or, more subtly, through bribery, extortion, and other mechanisms of
co-optation.
Although competitive authoritarian governments may subsequently punish judges who rule against them, such acts against formally independent judiciaries may generate important costs in terms of domestic and international legitimacy.
Conclusion
In my own opinion there is no democracy in our country and this is the script which derives the position of our country and the direction we are leading. This has to be stopped citizens. This regime is Using bribery, co-optation, and various forms of “legal” persecution. NEW FRESH ELECTION 2024 supervised SADC and the international observers will answer or political crises. The Mantra Nyika Inovakwa ne Vene Vayo is misleading. (Its only benefiting the elite).
