Umguza Rural District Council is pleased to announce the opening of two new Town Board offices, bringing council services closer to our communities.

Umguza North East Town Board

Initially operating from Once Upon a Child Primary School, Hopelyn, this office serves primarily our King City, Hopelyn, Cement Side, Montgomery and Woodville citizens.

A proud milestone for Umguza Rural District Council! Yesterday, we officially commissioned Kennebec Clinic, marking another significant step toward improving access to quality healthcare for our communities.

The clinic was officially opened by Hon. Richard Moyo MP, Minister of State for Provincial Affairs and Devolution for Matabeleland North Province, reaffirming the Government's commitment to strengthening healthcare infrastructure and ensuring that quality medical services are accessible to every citizen.

This achievement reflects the power of collaboration and our shared vision of building healthier, stronger and more resilient communities. We extend our sincere appreciation to everyone whose dedication and support made this project a reality.
