*SO CALLED GUKURAHUNDI OUTREACH PROGRAM ORGANISED BY PERPETRATOR ZIMBABWE IS NOTHING BUT A KANGAROO PROGRAM*

The African Congress of People ACP Leader in solidarity with MRP NIC today 1 February 2024 attended an Emergency press conference which was organized by MRP National Interim Committee (NIC) in Bulawayo the Capital City of Mthwakazi to clarify on the ongoing so called Gukurahundi outreach program that is organized by the perpetrator Zimbabwean Government.

ACP Leader spoke on behalf of ACP and Mthwakazi United Political Movement MUPM which is a political body founded on 8 October 2023 with a purpose of uniting Matabeleland political movements.

Currently MUPM includes ACP, Mayibuye People's Party, Mthwakazi People's Party, Freedom Alliance and PAMU. Other Matabeleland political organizations such as MRP are invited to join this noble Movement so that our struggle for a total Matabeleland Independence will be approached on a united front.

The ACP rejects any attempt to bury Gukurahundi Genocide by Zimbabwe which is organizing so called outreach program and using Matabeleland Chiefs as arbiters. Zimbabwe is a perpetrator and a murderer, it can never sit on a Court as judge to determine atrocities it committed.

Only International Body should handle Gukurahundi Issue, anything outside this will be a kangaroo gathering which should be rejected by all justice loving Matabele people. The Chiefs must not think with their stomachs otherwise they too will become our enemies.

The African Congress of People ACP will on Sunday 4 February 2024 hold double meetings, first being the General Meeting which will be held under the theme “MEET AND GREET”. this will be to allow new members of the organization to meet and greet each other as it will be their first time to assemble with their fellow comrades.

The Second meeting of the day will be held separately as it will be the highest meeting of ACP. During this time the party leadership will meet behind closed doors to discuss about various subjects which will bring forth 2024 roadmap of the Organization.

All members of ACP, Followers and interested Matabele people are encouraged to attend the first meeting of the day.

During the End of Year ACP General Meeting which was held on 16 December 2023 , the African Congress of People ACP Leader comrade Honest Khawulani Ncube in his capacity as the Leader of ACP Organization and indeed on behalf of the ACP organization wished ACP Membership,Followers and Matabele Citizens a revolutionary peaceful Christmas and a renewed healthy prosperous new year 2024.

ACP has deployed Comrade[s] Nkosana Mthombeni and Mthabisi J Sibanda to represent ACP in the committee of Mthwakazi Unity Forum.

Mthwakazi Unity Forum is a gathering of Matabeleland political parties which seeks to unite in purpose of liberating the long oppressed people of Matabeleland from Zimbabwe.

As part of implementation of ACP manifesto, The National Executive Committee of the ACP has decided to join this new forum as a way of engaging with all Matabele people irregardless of their political affiliation. The ACP strongly believes that Zimbabwe will be successfully removed from Matabeleland Territory only through the Unity of Matabele Citizens.

*HAPPY 2nd BIRTHDAY ACP*

Its been 2 years since the birth of ACP, it has not been an easy journey to reach this far considering the complexity of our Struggle, We have learnt some good and hard lessons along the way, We are resilient and even without any source of funding we still stand.Even if our Struggle is still unfashionable we keep pushing.

We will not give up, We will continue struggling for our freedom and for the better future our generations. ACP is a vehicle in motion ,our goal is an unpologetic one, our goal is to completely eradicate Zimbabwe and its oppressive governing system out of Mthwakazi Territory.
