BE ALERT TO CHANGES IN BEHAVIOUR!!!

Children go through many emotional and social changes during adolescence.
Us parents should watch for significant shifts in behavior in our children such as:

•Sudden withdrawal from family conversations
•Becoming secretive about phones, online communities, or friends
•Major changes in how they talk about relationships or identity
•Strong influence from certain online groups or peer circles
•Confusion or distress when discussing their feelings about themselves

These signs do not automatically mean anything specific, but they can indicate that a child may be struggling with identity, peer pressure, or emotional challenges within themselves.

As parents, we need to be present in our children's life. Let's not be too busy for our children.Help has to start from home before an outsider comes in.

I recall using an eraser in school to correct my mistakes. Now, I've acquired a permanent eraser for my mind. Every evening, I use it to erase the moments that didn't go as planned. As you drift off to sleep, don't let the weight of hurt and pain linger. It's okay to feel the emotions, to cry, and to question why. But then, gently place an eraser in your mind and start erasing the hurt. Let go of the pain and make room for peace.
