Over the past two months, TLC partnered with Woolworths Zambia to deliver a high-impact, carefully tailored Leading for Results programme for its leadership team.

Leading for Results is designed to strengthen the confidence and effectiveness of managers at different stages of their leadership journey from newly appointed managers to experienced leaders seeking to improve performance and achieve stronger results.

What stood out most was the programme’s practical approach. Every module moved beyond theory: participants applied the tools within their day-to-day leadership roles, reflected on the results and returned ready to strengthen their practice further.

This is how leadership development creates organisational impact, when learning changes how leaders communicate, make decisions, manage performance and hold their teams accountable.

Mid-Year Review and Strategy Session

We took time to reflect on how we worked during the first half of 2026 and to strategize on how we can serve you even better in the second half.
