Hello people of Kawambwa. We officially wish to announce the your local authority scooped the 2015 Local Government Awards of Excellence. The trophy you in the picture symbolises this achievement. KAWAMBWA DISTRICT COUNCIL

PLOT ADVERTISEMENT

KAWAMBWA DISTRICT COUNCIL, one of the fast growing towns in Luapula Province, has created plots for residential and commercial purposes. The plots are already surveyed with survey diagrams ready to be given to successful applicants. The Council now invites applications from serious prospective developers for plots in the following categories: -

Plot Type/category No. of Parcels App. Fee Residential high cost- New Area 250 K 300.00
Residential medium Cost-New Area 100 K 250.00
Residential Plots-Old Area 30 K 300.00
Commercial Shops 10 K 400.00
Filling Station 1 K 2000.00
Banks 2 K 2000.00

Council now invites applications from interested individuals/companies/organizations by completing Annexure Form ‘A’. The said forms can be obtained from the Licensing Office, Civic Centre, off Independence Avenue, Kawambwa upon payment of a non-refundable fees as shown above.

Individuals/companies/organizations that are in far flung areas/towns may deposit the above payment in the following account: Account Name: Kawambwa District Council; Account No: 1993370400110; Zanaco, Kawambwa Branch, and email their scanned deposit slips to; [email protected]

The deadline for receiving applications is Friday, 26th December 2014 at 16:00 hours and interviews shall be held on Monday, 29th December 2014. All applicants are invited to attend the interviews, bringing with them original NRC and any document proving financial capacity to develop.
