How do you recharge your battery when everyday struggle calls. Sometimes the struggle it's not buying one's face but to demand what need to belong to local guys. Malcolm X used not to say you're hoodwinked but preferred to use the phrase bamboozled. Fort Malan used to be such a respectable place but we have lowered our guards. Every Dick and Tom must come and take chances. Corruption must be exposed whenever it rears its ugly head. People these days hide behind titles and positions and underestimate the resolve of the masses. Any struggle isn't given on a silver platter. A black child must always fight what is due to him/her/they. To sum up, to know your rights and fight for them to the end is anathema to what society expects - enlightenment, more especially education, is despised. We must therefore live in the dark.
