In an effort to assist the community of Matjhabeng in ensuring that they apply for NSFAS and higher institutions of learning the Youth Development Unit of Matjhabeng Local Municipality in the office of the Executive Mayor Cllr Thanduxolo Khalipha will be going on an Outreach program in all 6 towns.
