EFF Ward 5 Nkomazi led by Branch elections Convenor Lucky Jozine, alongside Ward Councillor Candidate Fighter Bennett Sfiso Thobela and PR Cllr Thandi Magagula handed over a donation of 2500L Water Storage Tank to the community of Block-B in Ward 5.
The Jojo Tank will be used by community members during Funeral arrangements particularly for families that do not have such infrastructure or capacity to procure one.
The tank was formally accepted on behalf of the Sboswa Traditional Authority through its representatives, Cllr Magagula and Babe Lubisi (Mahlesangweni).
The EFF Ward 5 respects and upholds the decorum, dignity and authority of Royal and Traditional Leadership and recognises the important role traditional institutions continue to play in our communities.
This donation will assist the community during times of emergency, water shortages, bereavements, funerals and other urgent community needs.
