The Sedibeng East District of GDE is situated in Vereeniging CBD in the Vaal. We service schools in the Sedibeng District Municipality which covers Emfuleni, Midvaal and Lesedi Local Municipalities. We have 3 Circuits boasting Public and Independent schools.

We also have 2 Schools of Specialization which are Mohloli Maritime School of Specialization (Sharpeville) & Khanya-Lesedi Sports School of Specialization (Ratanda). The 2 schools are also our Full ICT Schools which includes Roshnee Secondary Full ICT School.
