As you can see in the GBF calendar there will be a lot of interesting trials happening and that whoever qualifies for the Gauteng trails will have to participate in the Districts trials. The district tri
al will be opened to all registered players within the Centurion Blackball Federation. Centurion Blackball Federation has applied to Gauteng Blackball Federation for a spot in the Provincial Super league which is part of the Premiere League. Once we have acquired the spot a playoff will happen to determine who will be representing the Centurion Blackball Federation in the BPL Super League. The BPL Premiere League consist of the following categories:
1. BPL Premiere League (National Level)
2. Division 2 (National Level)
4. Provincial Super League (Provincial Level)
The Provincial Super League will consist of 10 players from around Gauteng which will all be playing each other in a round robin on a home and away basis within Gauteng. The top 2 player in each division will play a relegation match against the bottom 2 players of the division above it to determine if the will be relegated to the higher division and so forth. For these BPL/Super League matches we need to recruit and train Referees to adjudicate the matches, these matches will take place on Saturdays and Sundays and from the BPL side the Referees will be remunerated for refereeing them. The training for these referees will be conducted by Kobus Pretorius – National BPL Referees co-ordinator and trainer. The Chairman
