1. Immigration bus incident (Free State):
- 32 undocumented migrants on an overloaded bus intercepted in Bloemfontein will appear in court tomorrow.
- The driver is to be charged for _aiding and abetting_ under *Section 59 of the Immigration Act*, and the bus operator will be charged for _ferrying illegal migrants_ inside the country.
- BMA (Border Management Authority) confirmed that when the bus arrived, _everyone complied_.
- The incident has sparked debate about border control and internal enforcement failures. Free State Premier Maqueen Letsoha-Mathae raised concerns about possible official involvement in illegal immigration.
- Passengers said they came from Zimbabwe via Musina, and many had expired passports but claimed they entered through a border post.
2. Albert Mazibuko (Ladysmith Black Mambazo):
- The family confirmed that long-time member Albert Mazibuko died on Easter Sunday.

3. KZN storms (Durban/Pietermaritzburg):
- KZN CoGTA is working with disaster management to clear debris and restore services after heavy rain, thunderstorms, gale-force winds and hail hit Durban and Pietermaritzburg.
- Trees were uprooted, power lines damaged and major roads flooded. Technical assessments are underway.
