ANC JAMES ZULU BRANCH STATEMENT On INTERNAL ROAD SURFACING at SISULU, WHITE CITY & SKOONPLAAS Villages

In a consistent spirit of service delivery to the people. We strongly believe that each ANC branch has an imperative responsibility to honestly contribute toward the broader vision of the ANC in government which is to better the lives of all people.

ANC James Zulu Branch wishes to convey its unwavering confidence and elation of having Cllr Khanyisile Mafuleka as a leader of this broader vision at the ward level. She has proven herself many times that she understands the assignment of servicing our people more particularly the poor. Her role as Umzimkulu Local Municipality Portfolio Chairperson has yielded tangible results, First seen On the patching of Potholes program, and now the Internal road surfacing in the Villages of Ward 16.

We are satisfied with the progress of this project for its positive effects of improved road safety, accessibility and thus creating jobs for our ordinary people. Strategic decisions and priorities demonstrated by the community leadership in this regard breeds nothing but solutions to our problem of poor living conditions and high levels of unemployment.

This milestone is a result of the continued support and confidence the community is showing the Liberation movement. From here there is still a lot more we as the ANC want for our people and in kind our people shall receive the quality service until we achieve our core vision of BETTER LIFE FOR ALL OUR PEOPLE.

Crime alleviation remains our priority in every regard and our position is Zero tolerance to crime and No mercy to perpetrators of it.

ANC JAMES ZULU BRANCH CELEBRATING ANC YELLOW FRIDAY & LETSEMA IN MEMORY of CDE. MVELISO NOHLABA

Che Guevara writes that a True cadre is defined by a great feeling of love. Cornel West; writes that you cannot lead the people if you don't love and serve them.

Inspired by revolutionary love, As ANC James Zulu Branch charged with a responsibility to serve our people in society and Community has not forgotten our primary role of Social responsibility for our fallen soldiers who actively participated in our revolutionary programmes of community betterment.

On 30 June & 01 July 2023. ANC James Zulu remembered one of its fallen soldiers that had then recently graduated from the YL to the ANC in the branch, CDE. Mveliso Nohlaba also served as the Umzimkhulu Local & Harry Gwala District Chairperson of CPF (Community Police Forum) when it was not fashionable to do so and crime levels were extremely high.

The Branch then held a successful programme Led by Chairperson Bongani Bhubhu Msomi & Secretary Khanyisile Mafuleka of a visit to the Family of CDE. Nohlaba @ Mantshangase Village in Bizana for Flower Wrath and Offerings as a token of CDE. Nohlaba shall never be forgotten.

The programme was inspired by the Principle of UBUNTU and to demonstrate the true revolutionary ANC that it does not exploit but rather keeps and sustains positively the memory of its Cadres and fallen soldiers in particular. We learn from the great generations of Oliver TAMBO.

ANC JAMES ZULU BRANCH STATEMENT On PATCHING OF POTHOLES AT WARD 16.

In the spirit of service delivery to the people Post Local Government Elections. We believe that each ANC branch has an imperative responsibility to honestly contribute toward the broader vision of the ANC in government which is to better the lives of all people.

ANC James Zulu Branch wishes to convey its unwavering confidence and elation of having Cllr Khanyisile Mafuleka as a leader of this broader vision in the ward level. She has proven herself many times that she understands the assignment of servicing our people more particularly the poor. Her role as Umzimkulu Local Municipality Portfolio Chairperson has yielded tangible results, the patching of Potholes program is evident to this effect. We are quite satisfied with the running of this program and it has improved the road safety and also created jobs for our ordinary people.

After numerous War-room meetings structured as SUKUMA SAKHE led by the Cllr. As Champion the wishes of the people came to fruition. All over Ward 16 (Ward of James Zulu Branch) the programme of Full Potholes patching is successfully manifesting.

This credit and update to the People is not a victory lap, it's checklist to the People, there is still a lot and more we as the ANC want for our people and in kind our people shall receive the quality service they entrusted us with when electing us back to local government in Ward 16 of SJM Sub-Region Harry Gwala Region.

Satement on Access Roads in Ward 16 Villages

As the African National Congress we are excited to announce this new recent development at Vumazonke VD (Village) Skomplaas.

Firstly, The Branch would like to commend its Chairman Cde. Bongani Msomi for his unswavering commitment to the branch and Ward(community) activities and supporting Operation Sukuma Sakhe with all the energy he has to make it active and vibrant. The Branch believes without a Solid head and engine it would scatter and without vision achieve nothing, but in the Leadership at current the community is continuously progressing and the Deployee is at work running, championing the issues hindering The Better Life we plan for our people.

Secondary; Through our Sukuma Sakhe Coordinating Structure led by Chairperson; Mrs Magojo and Coordinater; Mr Dzanibe and our progressive War Room Champion; Cllr. Khanyisile Mafuleka, All access roads in the Ward are being delivered and Furbished and lokhu kuyasiphilisa siwu ANC, ngoba iCllr lethu lenza isifungo salo kumbutho ukuth abantu mele intuthuko bayibuke ngamehlo nenhlalakahle bayithole.
