Ngangelizwe CHC to Host Women’s Month Wellness Day ✨️🤸‍♀️

Ngangelizwe Community Health Centre (CHC) will host a Wellness Day in celebration of Women’s Month on 12 August 2026, starting at 10:00 a.m.

The event aims to promote physical, mental and overall well-being among women and the community. Services and activities will include an aerobics session, mental health talk, massage therapy and health screening.
Community members are encouraged to come dressed in active wear, preferably a white or green T-shirt, and take part in this empowering wellness initiative.

Mthatha Gateway Clinic will host a Women’s Day Celebration on 14 August 2026, bringing women and community members together for an empowering and informative programme ✨️

The event will feature financial education aimed at promoting financial awareness and empowerment, as well as an inspiring motivational speaker.

The celebration is supported by Old Mutual as a stakeholder and will be held under the theme of empowering women through knowledge, inspiration and personal development
