Kgetleng Sub-district held an outdoor team building session facilitated by Ms Mpapo, Acting Project Officer, and Mr Skhosana, EAP Guru.🔥

The activities were designed to strengthen collaboration, communication, and staff wellness before the recent Gala Awards. Staff participated in energizers, group challenges, and reflective discussions guided by Ms Mpapo on project coordination, while Mr Skhosana led sessions focused on mental wellness and employee support.🙌🏻

The session created space for colleagues to connect outside the office, share ideas, and recharge. Management noted that team unity and staff well-being remain central to delivering quality health services.😇

The evening brought together healthcare professionals, leaders, and stakeholders to honour the exceptional individuals and teams driving health services forward in the region.The Executive Committee attended in full swing, demonstrating their deep appreciation for the workforce's dedication and resilience.

Guests arrived looking spectacular in their formal attire, ready to celebrate a year of hard work and remarkable milestones.An Elegant and Purposeful ProgrammeThe evening kicked off at 18h00 with a warm welcome and a reflective "Year in Review," showcasing how far the Kgetleng Sub-district has progressed. Official opening remarks at 18h30 highlighted the sub-district’s key achievements and set an inspirational tone for the night.

The pinnacle of the evening arrived at 19h15 with the Awards and Recognition ceremony. Outstanding teams and individuals took to the stage to receive well-deserved accolades for their unwavering commitment to healthcare excellence.Following the formal accolades, guests enjoyed a formal dinner and networking session at 20h00, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose among colleagues
