We are gathered in dignity and unity to lay to rest Cde Mama T Mpanza, an ANC stalwart in her own right, a pillar of the movement, and the beloved wife of the late General Gizenga Mpanza. 🖤💚💛

Her send-off is marked by the presence of the movement’s leadership, including ANC KZN PTT Convener Cde Jeff Hadebe and ANCWL PTT Convener Cde Bongi Sithole-Moloi, reflecting the deep respect held for this remarkable woman of the revolution.

Heartfelt Tributes continue to echoe a life that loved all, led all, and nurtured many. Mama T Mpanza embodied revolutionary femininity—firm in principle, gentle in spirit, and unwavering in service to the people. Her legacy lives on in the ANC which she served with grace and courage, and in the generations she inspired.

We gathered in dignity, discipline and deep emotion to honour the life of Mama T Mpanza, an unwavering ANC & ANCWL stalwart, a nurturer of generations, and a progressive revolutionary who stood firm against the brutality of apartheid. 🖤💚💛

Mama T Mpanza was not only a soldier of the people, but a mother to the movement, her life a living testimony that the struggle was carried by brave women whose love for the oppressed was matched only by their courage. As we laid her to rest, we reaffirmed her values of selfless service, unity, and militant commitment to total liberation.🕊️🕊️

We mourn with heavy hearts, yet we draw strength from her example. Her footsteps are now our marching orders. Lala ngoxolo, Mama wethu. Your revolutionary spirit lives on in the continuing struggle for a just and equal society 🖤💚💛
