Greetings comrades students of Gert Sibande TVET College.

Today on Central office there was a Financial Aid Meeting, where by we touched number of issues affecting the students population.

OUTSTANDING ALLOWANCES

Students must expect their allowances on the 25th of June, only if your status is on REGISTRATION RECEIVED (RR).

Students Behavior on Accommodation

Comrades students it's important for us to respect landlord's so that we can also be respected. Let's us avoid vandalism of the furniture and respect the house keepers.

JUNE ALLOWANCES

NCV AND TRIMESTER STUDENTS must expect their allowances this month, provided that your status is on RR. The only group that will not receive allowances SEMESTER STUDENTS unless that students has an outstanding allowance.

Campus Visits

There will be a team that will be visiting our campuses when we reopen, some of the team members it's our CSRC members.

Here's an update regarding the issue of NSFAS.

LEVEL 3 ENGINEERING STUDENTS.
# there was a mistake of inserting an incorrect course code when uploading your data, which explains why your statuses were not changing. They are currently working on re-uploading your data to try and ensure that you receive your payments on the 28th of March.

THOSE WHO ARE ON 'APPLICATION IN PROGRESS'.
# We urge that you stay posted/updated with the changes happening on your portals because your statuses are expected to change so that you'll also receive your payment on the 28th of much.

The only issue that remains uncleared is that of the outstanding allowances. However, we'll continue to push for it.
