Program of Access to Education Week 2 (PASMA)

Week 2 of the Program of Access to Education continues with PASMA actively working on the ground to support first-year and returning students. The organisation remains committed to ensuring that students receive guidance, academic support, and assistance throughout the registration and transition process.

This programme reflects PASMAโ€™s dedication to advancing access to education, student development, and African academic progress. We believe education is a key pillar in building conscious, responsible, and empowered African youth.

PASMA will continue to stand with students and work towards strengthening opportunities that promote inclusion, progress, and academic excellence.

PASMA North-West University (NWU) is rolling out the Access to Education 2026 programme to support both first-year and returning students.This initiative is aimed at ensuring that no student is left behind by providing comprehensive assistance with registration, academic and residential appeals, academic enquiries, financial matters, and residence-related issues.

Through this programme, PASMA reaffirms its commitment to advancing access to education and standing in solidarity with students throughout the 2026 academic process. Students in need of support are encouraged to engage with PASMA representatives for guidance and assistance.

PASMA Student Registration Alert

PASMA calls on all students to take serious note of the official 2026 registration dates. Registration opens from 19 January 2026, with specific dates allocated per faculty for senior students, and first-year registration closing on 7 February 2026, subject to capacity.

Students are strongly urged to register on their allocated dates to avoid delays, exclusion, or loss of space in their qualifications. The final opportunity for outstanding registrations is 5โ€“6 February 2026.

PASMA encourages all North West University students to stay informed, use the student portal, and act responsibly by meeting all registration requirements on time. Registration is your academic responsibility do not miss it.
