Congratulations to our leader from Govan Mbeki Municipality ward 12 for completing her N6 in Management assistant. MooiMooi Precious has also a diploma in Business and office Administration.

She is progressing very well and stands as an alternative councillor of ward 12. We live by our vision of placing best equipped public representatives in every ward in order to best address the challenges our people face on daily bases. Thus we bring to the people of ward 12 and Govan Mbeki Municipality in general, a leader that can read and comprehend council documents. Unlike some councillors from other political parties who do not understand council documents.

Keep on shining leadership, SAPROMO is behind you all the way ✊✊

As you celebrate Africa Day today or Africa month Tomorrow. Be on the alert of hungry souls out there.

Hunger knows no color nor creed. It gives no respect to political or religious affiliation.

It affects or infect people of different age groups. It visits fools and intellectuals.

The basic necessity for a living is food. If we don't have enough food in the community or country, one can not see the importance of bridges, beautiful roads or any other service delivered by those in Authority.

It's important that governments across Africa deal with the shortage of food first before borrowing money for other government services. We understand that this can make sense to some people until they sleep on empty stomach.

SAPROMOs intervention may not be enough to address issues of hunger and starvation, but it is a step in a right direction as we try to make awareness about lack of food in our communities.

As we celebrate Africa month let us also be aware of hunger that is killing many people in Africa. Let's try to come up with solutions to end hunger in our communities. On 28 May 2021, we will be donating food parcels in Mpumalanga township of eMbalenhle, which is the program we started few years ago. We wish to donate food parcels every month from now until Jesus come. This year we have been able to donate food parcels for 3 consecutive months since February. We have impacted over 200 families over since without any external sponsorship.

Our target is 5000 families this year only. And 7500 families each year from 2022.

Congratulations SAPROMO leadership and members for keeping the organization together for 5 solid years. It was this day when we received a confirmation that SAPROMO met all the EIC requirements, and thus registered as a political party.

Like any other political formation, SAPROMO has been faced with challenges that almost killed the party. Many members left us to join other political parties because they thought there's no progress in this organization. Some situations almost tainted the image of the party, while questioning the very existence of this movement.

We were very lucky to have leadership that kept it together through thick and thin. We were blessed with leaders like King Mahlangu, Dorah Magudulela, Vuyisani Sovendle, Noncedo Vumani and Sibusiso King Hlolweni who protected the soul of this party and never allowed the wolf to tear it apart.

Through all the challenges, we learned the true Identity and found the foundations of the movement deeply rooted in progressive Africanism Ideology. This is Pro African Ideology concerned with African self sustenance and technological advancement of the continent from grassroots up. We have been consistent in staple food security campaigns, where in the process gave food parcels to the poor. While encouraging the beneficiaries to grow their own food. This type of campaign is meant to have Africa growing her own food without depending on hand outs and imports from the east and the western block of countries.

We have also encouraged ideas to digitize services in the local government. By this we wanted to minimize bureaucracy in local government and speed up the rate of service delivery to the people. All these initiatives were found in the mist of problems that questioned the existence of this movement.

In our 2016 manifesto, we said we were going to take electricity back to eskom in Govan Mbeki Municipality and we indeed forwarded the motion to relinquish the rights of the Municipality to supply electricity withi
