The Nelson Mandela Memorial Lecture in the Fezile Dabi Region was a bold and unapologetic celebration of struggle, freedom, and the unbreakable will of the people.

Mandela Day Reflections: Hope in Action

The ANC Youth League Fezile Dabi Region proudly affirms that our Mandela Day programme in Phajane Mnguni Branch Ward 11 Metsimaholo was a resounding success. It was a day where love met action, and young people rose to the call of service with compassion and unity.

We witnessed the true meaning of Batho Pele — people first — as hearts were touched, lives were uplifted, and dignity was restored in the spirit of Madiba.

To every young leader, volunteer, and supporter: your presence and effort made all the difference. The energy, the care, and the commitment proved that our generation is not waiting for change — we are the change.

Let this not be a once-off act, but the beginning of a lasting culture of giving and community building.
