VACANCY: EMERGENCY CARE PRACTITIONER – Richards Bay

I.C.E Emergency Medical Services is looking for Emergency Care Practitioner’s (ECP’s) to join our team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Registration with HPCSA as an Emergency Care Practitioner

• Code 10 Drivers Licence with valid PDP

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Proven operational experience as a Paramedic or newly qualified Paramedic.

• 1-year ALS operational experience will be advantageous. Sound knowledge of the ems environment.

• Possess knowledge and application of Advance Life Support (ALS) protocols.

• Working Knowledge of patient report forms and inter-hospital transfers.

• Good communication skills and to be able to liaise with staff.

• Provide guidance and good management skills to staff members.

• Provide best patient care within scope of practice.

• Upholds high ethical and professional standards.
