Just received a directive from the CCMA that all cases are postpones for at least 30 days due to the Corona Virus. There are now over 100 in South Africa and increasing. I therefore urge all our members to take the necessary steps and avoid contact at all cost . Be safe out there

Our members were lied to and some believed the lies. We remain United and we are forging foward ,building the best revolutionary Trade Union that represent the working class.

It's been a rough week. It's been hectic and we feeling the pain. No amount of pain and suffering will deter us. Accusations and character assassination will not stop us. No blood will be spilt on our name. Ours is for the Unity of workers anything else is just a side show. The truth will eventually come out. Remain focus and dont be distracted. I have received quite a few call from those concerned about my safety and i can assure you that i am safe. It is very unfortunate that people choose to make these threats when things go their way. I still remain convinced that insourcing is the right thing to do. Any Subcontracting of workers does not benefit no one but the Tenderprenuers. The insourcing of over 400 employees in Daybreak is a victory to all workers and will benefit the community of Delmas and Daveyton. It is very unfortunate that Comrades have decided to threaten me instead of celebrating this victory. My job is to fight for my member and the most vulnerable workers and i will continue working hard.

Am I worried? Yes. Scared? A little but this is my job. My people are happy so God is great. Thank for the support and much love.

It is day 30 and i am happy to inform you that i made it. No Sugar No carb for 30 days. I have take up the 90 day challenge so it's another 60 days to go.
It's not been easy but i can see the difference. Now that my system is used and has adapted I will now include jogging and weight lifting to my routine. Remember this is a lifestyle and u got to keep on.

Day 1 of 90. Woke up this feeling good and ready. No coffee or tea. No Carbs(Bread,pap or junk foods) . Definately no sugar and no fizzy drinks(NO MONSTER EISH). Breakfast is gonna be eggs and bacon. Dinner meat an veggies. Greetings to u all my Comrades. Have a chilled Sunday.
