What a delightful morning it was as we celebrated all the wonderful grandparents in our Zonkie family! ❤️

For the grandparents who could join us, thank you for making this morning so special. And for those grandparents who could not make it, how wonderful it was to see the grandparents who were here open their hearts and take those little ones under their wings, making them feel loved and included in this special occasion. 🥰

This is what makes Zonkie Montessori a family — we look out for one another, we care for one another, and we make sure that every little Zonkie feels loved and special. ❤️

Round and round, the wind goes fast,
Swirling, spinning as it passed.
Leaves fly up and clouds turn grey,
The tornado dances on its way!

Whoosh! Whoosh! Hear it roar,
Then it moves away once more.
Stay inside and safe and sound,
Until the sunshine comes back around! 🌈

Today we celebrate the beautiful woman who gave the world the Montessori method — a way of teaching that is so much more than education. It is about respecting the child, trusting their abilities and giving them the freedom to learn and grow at their own pace.🤍

At Zonkie Montessori, we are so passionate about Montessori and feel incredibly blessed to see its beauty every day. There is nothing more rewarding than watching a little child slowly learn to do things for themselves — choosing their own work, solving problems, helping others and becoming more confident and independent. 🌱

The words “Help me to do it myself” truly capture what we love about Montessori. We guide, we encourage and we step back when they are ready — and then we get to watch these little beings blossom into capable, confident and independent children. ✨
