NAMC hosted a strategic meeting with the Food, Agriculture and Natural Resources Policy Analysis Network (FANRPAN), the Agricultural Research Council (ARC), and the Land Bank to discuss key needs and opportunities within South Africa’s agricultural sector.

The discussions highlighted the importance of innovation, collaboration and tailored solutions in addressing emerging challenges and supporting diverse stakeholders across the agricultural landscape.

The meeting reaffirmed a shared commitment to partnerships that drive meaningful and sustainable development in agriculture.

NAMC touched base with the newly reappointed representatives of the Minister of Agriculture on the Board of SACTA, ahead of SACTA’s Annual Stakeholder Engagement Meeting (ASEM).

The engagement took place on the eve of SACTA’s 10 year celebration of facilitating investment in seed breeding technology, following its establishment in 2016.
