Our Story
The Voortrekker Monument Antique & Collectables Fair has been in existence since 2004. It is the biggest antique fair in Pretoria with 171 stalls under cover. There are a variety of food stalls plus a restaurant as well as deli foods and cake. Our traders sell anything from excellent porcelain, furniture, books and coins to old Dinky Toys. We are open four times per year on the following public holidays; 21 March, 16 June, 9 August and 24 September from 09:00 to 15:00. If one of the days falls on a Sunday, the market takes place on the next day. We do not allow visitors on the site before 07:00 and please do not brings your pets.
We have permanent traders and stalls are not booked for every market. We do not allow once-off traders or traders sharing stalls. If stalls are available, they will be announced on this page.
All the money collected on the day goes towards the upkeep and maintenance of the Voortrekker Monument .
