The EPWP Non-State Sector NPO mobilisation roadshows continue across Gauteng as the Independent Development Trust (IDT), in partnership with the Department of Public Works and Infrastructure (DPWI), engages and empowers prospective NPOs on compliance and registration requirements for the upcoming EPWP NSS Phase 5 Year 3 bid.

Todayโ€™s session was held at the Bronkhorstspruit Sports Centre in the City of Tshwane and was led by Mr Nceba Njongwe, Manager: Delivery Capacity at the IDT Gauteng Regional Office, and Ms Keeinetse Zwane, Performance Information Management Officer at the IDT Gauteng Regional Office.
Key stakeholders in attendance included representatives from the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP), the South African Revenue Service (SARS), the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF), the Department of Social Development, and other supporting institutions. These stakeholders provided guidance on mandatory documentation and compliance requirements for EPWP Non-State Sector applications.
