There’s something special about seeing nature thrive when a community rolls up its sleeves. 🌿 I recently spent some time down by the scenic Mbango River at Mbango Valley Retirement Village, catching up with GM Shirley Sterling to talk about their incredible river rehabilitation journey.

From tackling an overgrown, neglected waterway to partnering successfully with local municipal departments, this project is a powerful reminder of what happens when shared vision and persistence come together.
