The Al Fidaa Foundation has dedicated Skills Centres in KZN, GAUTENG, GQEBERHA providing marginalized communities and women in poverty, training to end poverty in their lives. Our poverty relief programs are focused in the Eastern Cape, a province affected by the highest unemployment rates in the South Africa

and further broken by severe poverty and poor health services. The Al Fidaa Foundation, your partner in social investment looks keenly to your donations to alleviate poverty in the Eastern Cape region of South Africa. We also keen to partner to assist in the distribution of masks or medical equipment to aid the elderly and sick in the Eastern Cape. Many have lost their lives due to poor immune systems and poor health care offered by state institutions. Emergency aid is needed as soon as possible. There is a specific kind of magic that happens when high-level technical training meets raw passion. Today, our kitchen shifted from a classroom to a world-class patisserie, proving once again that skills development is the most powerful ingredient for success.

A Masterclass in Patisserie
Our students tackled two of the most demanding delicacies in the baking world, and the results were nothing short of spectacular:

Caramel Tarts: A perfect marriage of buttery, crisp pastry and rich, silky caramel. It’s a lesson in temperature control and patience.

Decadent Eclairs: Light-as-air choux pastry filled to perfection. Mastering the "rise" of an eclair is a true badge of honor for any developing baker!
