The Class of 2025 received a message of inspiration from ETVET Principal Mrs TJ Kula as the College celebrated this important milestone. 🎓
The Principal began her address by asking graduates to rise and look towards their parents and families who had supported them throughout their journey. She acknowledged that the journey had not always been easy, but that the day was one of celebration and achievement.
Graduates were also encouraged to acknowledge the academic and support staff who had played an important role in supporting them throughout their studies. 👏🏽
Reflecting on the achievements of the graduating class, Principal Kula said: “In total, we are celebrating 334 graduates today – young men and women who have worked hard, acquired knowledge and practical skills, and prepared themselves to participate meaningfully in the economy. And as we mark Women’s Month, I want to pause and celebrate our 233 female graduates in particular. You are a powerful demonstration that women belong in every classroom, every workshop, every laboratory, every boardroom and every workplace.”
Her address celebrated the dedication, resilience and commitment that had brought the graduates to this special day, while highlighting the important contribution of women in education, skills development and the economy.
The ETVET Choir then delivered a musical performance led by Principal Kula, adding to the celebration. 🎶
