Born 2 Swim swimming school I'm a qualified and registered Swimming SA Learn to Swim instructor, teaching from ages 2 to adults. Moms and tots - 9 months. Saturday's only 9am-12pm

Our champion!🎖️ Minke swam at the SA Short Course gala in Pietermaritzburg. She broke 7 international records this past week!
25m and 50m freestyle - she bettered her own world record in the trials and again in the finals.
100m freestyle - she set a new junior world record.
25m breaststroke - she broke the long standing junior world record.
50m breaststroke - she set a new junior African record.
25m butterfly - she broke an almost 20 year long standing junior African record.
50m butterfly - she set a new junior African record.
Minke also received the Barbara Higgins award for exceptional achievement. She is one of the only 3 junior swimmers with downs syndrome who broke open (all ages) world records. She holds 4 open world records and 3 junior world records. You are absolutely amazing and your hard work and dedication has clearly paid off! 💙💙💙

We still have tables available for the PinkDrive fundraiser at VCC on the 20th of September 2018 at 6:30pm. It is a Vaudeville vibes supper theater. This is sure to be great fun. Don't miss out.
R220.00 per person, which includes a light supper and the show.
There will be a cash bar available.

Teams may be made up of family, friends.
Proceeds go to the PinkDrive and Singakwenza. This event helps the SwimChix 8 milers to raise funds for their charities.
