Skills on Wheels Programme at Khanyisa Sport Field, Ndwedwe coordinated by The Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) KwaZulu-Natal Regional Office, Office of the Deputy Minister, Dr Nomusa Dube-Ncube, in collaboration with the Ilembe District Municipality and the BRICS Student Commission.
