Happy Human Rights Day!

Guess what? The KwaZulu-Natal National Botanical Garden marketing team was at the Shongweni Farmers and Crafts Market, where great food meets music, culture, creativity, scenic surroundings, and the warmth of the people.

Visitors stopped by our stand to meet the team and learn more about the work of SANBI, our beautiful garden, and the exciting activities we offer, including hiking, picnicking, and Acrobranch.

Shongweni Farmers and Crafts Market takes place every weekend from 7:00 AM to 1:00 Pm. Be sure to join us on our next visit - see you there..

Day 5 of 7 of National Gardens Week -done and dusted!
Masses have come to the garden to take advantage of the Free Access Week, escaping the concrete jungle to reconnect with nature. Visitors have been enjoying hiking, birdwatching, braais, picnics, and the ever-popular adventure experience at Acrobranch.
Make your way to the KwaZulu-Natal National Botanical Garden this weekend and be amazed by the splendour of our biodiversity and the warmth of the people of Pietermaritzburg.
