-SHOCKING CRIME COMMITTED IN PHUTHADITJHABA!

-COURT CLERK ARRESTED FOR STEALING 5 DOCKETS CONTAINED SERIOUS CHARGES INCLUDING MURDER, R**E & ATTEMPTED MURDER-

A 34-year-old court official, Moeketsi Mokoena (34), has been arrested for allegedly stealing five police dockets that were locked inside the prosecutor’s office.

It is alleged that between 21 and 23 August 2026, the five dockets were prepared for court on Monday, 24 August 2026. When an official went to collect them, they were gone.

The dockets contained serious charges, including +murder, r**e, attempted murder, stock theft and sexual assault.

Mokoena was arrested on Monday, 24 August 2026, and appeared in court on Wednesday, 26 August 2026.

COURT UPDATE: On Thursday, 3 September 2026, he appeared again at the Phuthaditjhaba Magistrate’s Court for bail application and was granted R2 000 bail. Case postponed to 22 October 2026 for further investigations.

Our Qwaqwa son Herman Moloi of Sowetan was allegedly intimidated by Stuart Scharnick while covering the Madlanga Commission. Scharnick was warned for talking to witness Fadiel Adams, then confronted Moloi for taking pictures.

Herman opened a case and the PKTT arrested Scharnick on site. The Commission has condemned the intimidation.

MOFOKENG FAMILY FOUND AFTER 40+ YEARS OF SEPARATION💯😊

Neibourhood Watch Ke Star🌟 Re Motlotlo

The Family of Ms Mpolotseng Mofokeng has been SUCCESSFULLY LOCATED after 40+ Years of not knowing her whereabouts.

After more than four decades, the long wait and prayers of the Mofokeng family have been answered.

Ms Mpolotseng left home at the age of 12 years during the Apartheid era.
She left QwaQwa with a friend and lost contact with her family. She carried very little information, but never lost hope of returning home.

Mohau wa Modimo ke kwetsa indeed.
We give thanks to God for His mercy, for guiding this process and for reuniting a family torn apart by the circumstances of the past.

Ms Mpolotseng will now be able to make her first Identity Document as well.
Through this reunion, she will finally be able to access her rightful documents and begin a new chapter of her life with her family and community.

The perfect physical reunification for Ms Mpolotseng is in progress.
The QwaQwa Neighbourhood Watch facilitated communication and successfully hosted a conference call between Ms Mpolotseng and her family. Plans for the in-person reunion are underway.

:We still have to search for her brother who went missing around the 1970’s.
As we celebrate this victory, we continue the search for her brother. The family appeals to the community to assist with any information. Updates regarding this matter will follow soon.
