🌍🏡 The 15th Edition of CAHF’s Housing Finance in Africa Yearbook was launched at the 40th Annual AUHF Conference on 15 October 2024 in Tanzania! This edition is a milestone moment for CAHF, marking 15 years of , , and dedicated to building a stronger in Africa.

📖 This year’s Yearbook highlights the informal building sector and its pivotal role in housing delivery across the continent. Each country profile features mini case studies of affordable housing projects, complete with photos to bring these transformative initiatives to life.

🎉 Exciting Announcement: Call for Advertisers for the 2024 Housing Finance in Africa Yearbook! 🏘 🌍

We are excited to announce the preparation of the 2024 Housing Finance in Africa Yearbook, now in its 15th edition! This annual publication is a cornerstone in our mission to support hashtag practitioners across Africa.

Launched each year at the African Union for Housing Finance - AUHF Conference and published on our website, the Yearbook is available in both English and French.

As a valued sector stakeholder, we invite you to join us in this impactful initiative by hashtag the Yearbook through hashtag . Your support not only helps in the production of this vital resource but also strengthens the Community of Practice for affordable housing in Africa.

This year, CAHF is offering sector stakeholders the opportunity to support the 15th edition of the Yearbook by purchasing full, half, or quarter-page advertisements.

We have also introduced a listing of consultant business cards at the back of the Yearbook. This business card listing is a targeted mechanism for housing and housing finance consultants across the globe to reach potential clients.

The 2024 Housing Finance in Africa Yearbook will be launched at the AUHF & ISMMA Joint Conference in Zanzibar, Tanzania from 14 – 18 October 2024. Your advertisement will be prominently featured, reaching a diverse audience of industry leaders, policymakers, and practitioners.
