Our villagers celebrated Wellness Wednesday with flower crowns and blooming. We wear our flower crowns not just as flowers, but as a symbol.

A crown of flowers reminds us that, every person deserves to feel beautiful and valued. And that healing can be soft and joyful. We all bloom in our own time, in our own crown. Today we are saying, I am blooming. I am growing. I am worthy.

We are not just wearing flowers, we are wearing wellness, hope and new beginnings.

There is no age limit to joy, purpose, and living actively.

Our Active Aging Group love every moment of daily life. Whether they are whipping up a recipe, helping prepare fresh salads, tending to the garden, enjoying gentle exercises or simply relaxing.

It is beautiful to see their independence, pride and bright smiles as they stay fully engaged and full of life.

Today we are celebrating our amazing athletes 🎉🏆

The Special Olympics South Africa Nationals 2026 took place in Rustenburg from August 27–31, and we couldn't be prouder of our champions!
Our swimmer Gerrit and our Bocce player Bridget gave it their absolute all in bringing home incredible memories and true inspiring spirit.

We are very proud!
