Parents of learners that are already enrolled at MCS, are reminded to please complete the re-registration form. Space for next year cannot be guarenteed without the completion of this form.

This form is to be completed by the parents/guardians of learners who will be returning to Middelburg Combined School in 2027 to ensure that there will be space for them. Should this form not be completed, please note that space for 2027 is not guaranteed. Please complete by 31 May 2026.

Re-registration form for learners currently enrolled at Middelburg Combined School ‼️

Dear Parents/ Guardians

According to the Education department, all learners who intend to return to their current school in 2027, are required to complete a Re-registration form. As a parent/guardian you are requested to complete the Re-registration form by clicking on the link. Doing so will ensure that your child has a space at our school in 2027. Parents who do not complete the form, might forfeit space for their child in 2027.

ATTENTION ALL NATIONAL SENIOR CERTIFICATE (NSC) AND SENIOR CERTIFICATE (SC) CANDIDATES WHO REGISTERED FOR THE MAY/JUNE 2026 SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATION:
1. National Senior Certificate candidates (NSC) must collect their ADMISSION LETTERS from EASTDENE COMBINED SCHOOL, where they will also ALSO WRITE THEIR EXAMS. ( from 4 - 8 May 2026)
2. SENIOR CERTIFICATE CANDIDATES (SC) must collect their ADMISSION LETTERS from MIDDELBURG COMBINED SCHOOL, where they will ALSO WRITE THEIR EXAMS.
( From 4- 8 May 2026)
3. No candidate will be allowed to collect an admission letter without a valid I.D. Document.
4. No candidate will be allowed to write the exams without an ADMISSION LETTER and I.D. DOCUMENT.
5. Candidates to report to the exam centres AN HOUR BEFORE the start of the exam.
6. All stationery to be placed in a Bantex sleeve.
7. NO CELLPHONES ARE ALLOWED IN THE EXAM ROOM.
