The Buffalo City Metro District Skills Development Committee members were convened for their training session outlining their expectations and priority areas for development to strengthen skills development implementation. The identified key focus areas include career advancement and continuous development for employees.

The District further stressed the importance of aligning with the Provincial Skills Development Committee to strengthen synergy in knowledge sharing, collaboration and understanding of provincial priorities and objectives.
