some of these books where written in as far as 1926 .just that thought gives me goose bumps .second hand books are the best.they have that vintage look, are affordable and have a story.I always wonder what the previous owner looked like and how they felt .

recently I just found out about lisa Nichols a seven times best seller author and world renound motivational speaker.I loved her story of how she came from eating beanies and winnies to being the first black women to have a multi millionaire company on wall street. she inspires me and I find her rock bottom being my rock bottom and many other people's.

the tao te ching (dao-de ching).my favorite book at the moment. if you want to understand your purpose, self worthiness, potentials, or if you want to know how you can live a satisfying life you really want to read this book.it was written a few hundred years before the new testament but it is as relevant as tomorrow. it takes you a few cups of tea to finish reading it but will change your whole life completely. it will make you grateful for everything that has ever happened in your life. EVERYTHING? yes everything!
