Some of the most special moments in the wilderness are the quiet ones between a mother and her young. Whether it’s a lioness keeping a watchful eye over her cubs or an elephant guiding her calf, the bush is filled with incredible displays of motherhood.

We are constantly inspired by these moments in nature, and today we celebrate not only the mothers of the wild, but all the amazing mothers around the world.

We had a weekend full of thrilling sightings, and the ellies absolutely stole a few scenes. These moments are just a glimpse… in person, it’s something else entirely.

A little fact to make you appreciate them even more: elephants can communicate through low-frequency rumbles that travel kilometres, allowing entire herds to stay connected across vast landscapes.

Introducing some of the newest members of the reserve. A beautiful litter of cheetah cubs, already capturing hearts with their curiosity and quiet strength. 🐆

To witness their early steps, their playful energy, and the bond they share with their mother is something truly special. For our guests during game drives, it’s a rare privilege to watch these cubs grow and find their place in the wild.
