- Log no. Sep24L0381 for MV faulty cable repairs between Ms 837/839 to MS 898/899.
*- OPs team were done with MV cable repairs last night but tested faulty for new fault upon attempts to energize it to restore power.*
- Log no. Sep24L0446 p25, Ops team done with MV cable repairs, energized and power restored.

*2* Mamelodi 2 sub
- Received reports of area power outage affecting part of Mamelodi ext.4 and Phase 1.
- Reference for the power failure at 24 MORUKU STREET is 122 of 9/19/2024.
- Reference for the power failure at . STAND 22763 is 127 of 9/19/2024.
- Power outage Phase 1 Mamelodi east, please assist Ref no 618 /19.
*- Panel tested clean, energized and power restored.*
- Received fresh reports that it tripped again 30 min after SOs left side - SOs informed to investigate it after they are done in Faerie Glen.

*3* Mamelodi 3 sub
- Ref 643 of of 19/9/2024 for Area Outage affecting a portion of Mamelodi Sub 2 around section 14 Malema street, Mothutse street, Mashaba drive 19546 and Kgagodi street.
- Ref 1115 of 9/9/2024 for power outage affecting a portion of Mamelodi Sub 2 around stand 14239 Malema street and other surrounding streets in section 14
*- SOs informed to investigate it along with item 2 above while still at the same sub.*
