MEC for Cooperative Governance, Human Settlements and Traditional Affairs, Gaoage Oageng Molapisi, held an introductory meeting to officially welcome and introduce the newly appointed Board Members of the North West Housing Corporation (NWHC).

The appointments were made in accordance with Section 10 of the North West Housing Corporation Act No. 24 of 1982. The NWHC is mandated to provide housing through development and property management across the province.

We congratulate the newly appointed Board Members:

The Board will provide strategic leadership, governance oversight and financial accountability to ensure organisational stability and accelerated service delivery.

Addressing the Board, MEC Molapisi emphasised the importance of experienced leadership that understands the mandate and responsibilities of the Corporation in advancing housing delivery for communities across the province.

He further congratulated the Board Members on their appointment and wished them success in their responsibility of guiding the entity towards achieving its mandate.
