Many of us grew up dreaming of NWU. We studied hard, met the requirements, and dared to believe higher education was possible.

Now that dream has a price tag some of us can’t afford.

An application fee might seem small, but for students from struggling families it’s the difference between applying and giving up. Qualified learners shouldn’t be denied a future simply because they’re poor.

We’re asking NWU to listen: Education is a right, not a privilege.
Reconsider the application fee. Introduce waivers for students in need.

The Inkatha Freedom Party Youth Brigade National Executive Committee (IFP Youth Brigade NEC) engaged with the SADESMO National Council (NACOSA) in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.

NACOSA, which is constituted by all branch chairpersons and secretaries of SADESMO in universities and TVET colleges around the country, deliberated on the IFP Youth Brigade National Action Plan—specifically, a student-focused voter registration campaign.

The meeting was joined by the Chairperson of IFP in KwaZulu Natal Hon. Thami Ntuli, in his capacity as the Chairperson of the Daily Management Committee (DMC).

Mphemba addressed the youth on the importance of unity, discipline, and building a strong and capable youth movement.
