📌 ANC JOHN TAOLO GAETSEWE REGION | NEC OUTREACH VISIT CAMPAIGN TRAIL

Today, ANC NEC Member Cde Lindiwe Ntshalintshali led a successful outreach programme in Bankhara-Bodulong, Ward 02, Ga-Segonyana Sub-Region, as part of the ANC’s ongoing campaign to strengthen grassroots engagement and prepare communities for the upcoming 2026 Local Government Elections.

The programme commenced with a door-to-door campaign, where ANC leaders, volunteers, and members interacted directly with residents, listening to their concerns, sharing the ANC’s programme of action, and encouraging eligible community members to register to vote. The campaign focused on deepening the connection between the movement and the people while reaffirming the ANC’s commitment to responsive and people-centred governance.

During the outreach, the team visited households, engaged with senior citizens, women, youth, and persons living with disabilities, ensuring that no one is left behind in the democratic process and residents were encouraged to participate actively in shaping the future of their communities through voter registration.

The ANC remains steadfast in its mission to renew, rebuild, and strengthen local government while advancing the aspirations of our people. We thank the residents of Bankhara-Bodulong everyone who participated in today’s programme for their warm reception and valuable contributions.

📌 ANC NEC Outreach Visit | JTG Region 🖤💚💛

Today, the ANC NEC Outreach Programme engaged directly with communities in Bankhara-Bodulong (Ward 2) through a door-to-door campaign, followed by a sectoral engagement session led by ANC NEC Member, Cde Lindiwe Ntshalintshali, the visit reaffirmed the movement’s commitment to listening to the people, addressing community concerns, and strengthening local governance.

Together, we continue to build a better life for all through active citizen participation and responsive leadership.

📌 TODAY WE MOURN WITH THE MAAPE FAMILY 🕊️

The ANC John Taolo Gaetsewe Regional Chairperson, Cde Neo Masegela together with the Regional Secretary, Cde Eugene Khokhong, REC members joined mourners, comrades, family, and friends at the Special Provincial Official Funeral Service of the late Comrade Bushy Maape held in Vryburg.

Cde Bushy Maape dedicated his life to the struggle for freedom, community development, and serving the people with humility and commitment. His contribution to the liberation movement and public service will forever remain part of the rich history of our country.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.
Condolences to the Maape family, comrades, and all who were touched by his life.

📢 COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT & VOTER REGISTRATION IN DEBEN WARDS 2 & 7🖤💛💚

The ANC Gamagara Sub-region LET together with the BET and Branch Members of Deben Wards 2 and 7 came together for a productive community meeting and voter registration drive aimed at strengthening community participation and ensuring community voices are heard.

Community members were encouraged to register on the voter platform to stay informed, participate in local governance matters, and contribute towards service delivery and local development discussions.

The ANC remains committed to working with communities, listening to the concerns of residents, and building united, informed and active communities through ongoing engagement and people-centred leadership.
