Attention Grade 12 Parents & Learners

You are all invited to attend in you fullest capacity as classes are still in progress. Home language educators are requesting for your presence tomorrow as they will be covering some work for your ATP as required. You are therefore expected to make sure you are available for all your scheduled sessions and your parents will be made aware in their groups so that anyone who will be absent can account with parents. Parents are therefore requested to make sure that their kids are available for all the sessions.

GREETINGS STAKEHOLDERS, PARENTS AND COMMUNITY

We have been informed of the post below thats has been sent as a concern regarding our conduct and we have been trying to get the learner so that the issue can be addressed by the school but up to this far we haven't been successful. We tried going through the Pictures of the profile owner but we couldn't find any of our learners from the picture so if there's anyone who knows the concerned learner please come forward so we can address the issue.

SPECIAL UPDATES TO STAKEHOLDERS
(Learners, Parents/Guardians)

Greetings to you all and compliments for the new year 2025 with hope that you had a wonderful, amazing and a fulfilling time with your families. This is for attention to all Learners, Parents, Guardians, and the community in general for the special updates on our activities that require your attention. Please note the following:
= STATIONERY DISTRIBUTION
The school will be distributing stationery to learners on 13/01/2025 to Grade 12s from (10h00-11h00), Grade 11s from (11h00-12h00) and on 14/01/2025 to Grades 10s from (10h00-11h00), Grade 9s from (11h00-12h00). Grade 8s both new and the repeating ones will get their share on the 15th after allocation of classes. The parents are not allowed to come and collect the stationery on behalf of their learners if the learner is not available for collection as this causes some setbacks for the school and all learners are expected to be in full school Uniform.

= MATRIC TYPEK DONATIONS
The matriculants are reminded not to forget submitting their term one typek donations as per the requests made to their parents and all those who have already managed to get their rims can submit to Mam Jofile on the day of collecting the Stationery. It is the responsibility of the learner to make sure that he/she signs the submission register as evidence of their submission which will be used to track the outstanding ones and must make sure that he/she signs in the correct register for the class.

= SUBMISSION OF LAST YEARS TEXTBOOKS
There are few learners who didn't submit some of the textbooks that were allocated to them last year so we wish to urge all those with outstanding textbooks to please bring them back so we can have enough for 2025 allocations failing which may lead to the affected learners not being allocated textbooks for the subject in which they owe the textbook.

We appreciate your support and cooperation in advance and always know we appreciate having stakeholders like you in our school hoping that we will work well this year like we did last. Feel free to contact the school for further clarifications on matters you may not understand thoroughly.

GREETINGS LEARNERS, PARENTS AND COMMUNITY

Please be informed that the school will be issuing the report cards on the 11th of December which is Wednesday so you are invited to come and collect the learner progress report cards for term 4 from 10h00-12h00. All the learners who are doing Grade 11 are reminded to bring the copies of their Identity documents and their phone numbers along with the phone numbers of the parent/guardian. You are also urged to ensure that you bring all your outstanding textbooks failing which you will be returned to go and collect it. Parents and all community members are requested to search and return all the school textbooks in their homes and help the school to have enough to allocate for the learners by next year. We lastly wish to request that you spread the word to others and share this message where possible.

Please note that all learners will be expected to be in their full school uniform to access the school premises.
