It has come to our attention that the migration to the new EZEMVELO website has resulted in many inaccuracies regarding information on Krantzkloof Nature Reserve.

Case in point of the above pertain to facilities, wildlife, and images being incorrect.

Please note that we DO NOT have giraffes or any accommodation options at Krantzkloof, despite the misleading photos currently displayed on the Ezemvelo website. Additionally, please remember that we do not take bookings or reserve space for general entry, and we operate under a strict no cash and no alcohol policy.

Some highlights from our recent evening walk 🌙
Once the sun sets, a completely different world appears in the reserve. From delicate insects to calling frogs and other small nocturnal creatures, there’s an incredible amount of life active at night — most of it usually unseen.
Thanks to everyone who joined us and took the time to slow down and notice the smaller things.
