Block D committee meeting
Meeting minutes
February 27,2012
Opening: Block D meeting was called to order at 14h50 on February 27,2012
in Sibongile Primary school by comrade Nstoaki.
*A prayer by the community member
Approval of agenda: Block committee selection
*Comrade Mpumi explained the aims and objectives of the meeting
*Questions and other concerns from the block D community where raised about the in-activism of the current selected BEC.
*Comrade Sphiwe stated that the community dosen't get enough public knowledge on what is happening within the organization and around the community.

Nominations for block commitee continued as follow:
1. Comrade Mthobisi
2. Comrade Mpumi
3. Comrade Sthembile Tshabalala
4. Comrade Anastasia
5. Comrade Sphiwe
6. Comrade MaNdhlovu
That was the finalized selected block D committee
*Comrade Ntsoaki promised to come deliver and receive the reports from the selected block D committee every Mondays as she will be always be sitting with BEC.
One of the comrades proposed that the chairman should touch on the Imvuselelo.She wanted a clarity on the door to door campaign speaking from the agenda's point of view since it was included on part of the agenda.

Way forward: Was that the date of the door to door campaign is going to be finalized on the next meeting.

Meeting was adjourned at 17h45 by comrade Nstoaki. For the next meeting the community will be updated.
