Each inmate a SAPO member ! good morning ' our struggle is not a secret. we know exactly were we want to be . we should not forget were we are come from. this is an idea for fighting for justice would be essential if our plans , idea, are structured in a manner that educate us to follow our martyrs path of Africa struggle tradition_ embrace people first culture.
Military veteran departments and other government programs should have been establish after all consideration were tested , declassified all political prisoners ( MK AND APLA) released them without conditions as they were members or supported and publicly known political organisation or liberation movement whose action where waged in a very effective manner furtherance of struggle. as sapo we demand their total release without conditions. those conditions they are technicalities that the minister cannot proof and they are clueless .
The time comes in the life of any nation , where the nation will remain with two choices , submit or fight . that time has now come to south Africa. we shall not submit and we have no choice but to hit back by all means within our power in defending our people , future of the inmates and their freedom .
It would be unrealistic and wrong as leaders to continue preaching peace and none violence at a time when the government met our peaceful demand with force . this conclusion is not going to easily arrived at . it will be only wen all ells has failed . when all channels of peaceful protest has been bared to us . this is the only time when the president and the minister has to listen . prison is a life and death situation , the minister must not take us for a ride . we now exactly what we are capable off . the president must listen this time he knows exactly what the prison is . he can stand behind the pulpit and preach the prison script.
we can not preach about unity when comrades that has fought for our liberation are still locked up. we need to unite people of south Africa by opening prison doors for the complete liberation of the country from all forms of discrimination and national oppression. we have to end human right abuse and violation in prison by all its forms and unite south Africa by based on the principle of freedom charter and in pursuit of the national democratic revolution.
Most of our people have serve time in the house of justice categorizing amnesty privileges have been prejudiced and unfair handled by the government .
south Africa is collapsing under our watch because of corruption and unfair justice system . There are more freedom fighters in the ANC government who fought for the against the system declare a crime against humanity than perpetrators of the very system declares a crime against humanity.
The minister must stick to his promises other wise he is going to risk his credibility. we are not going to rest until our demands are met . it will be fire to fire unless indicated otherwise . all the fraud cases must be reduced to fine , all minor crimes must be a total release , all political prisoners must be a total release with no conditions other crimes must be released on conditions as correctional centers has reached such a proportion that safety, human dignity, are being affected materially because of overcrowding, lack of medicines, lack of uniforms, lack of stuff, nutrition requirement has fall short to a prescribed requested minima. this is a serious violation of human right. The minister must stick to an announcement he made on July 3 2017 . all the political prisoners was supposed to be released as the indemnity act was signed in may 1990.To keep them is a delaying tech-tics from the minister . we do not want to here about late submission of profiles to the parole board, shortage of stuff, out standing restorative justice intervention, we do not want to here any stories about combined lack of reports from social workers and psychologist. those are stories and technicalities that they can not proof . those things they could have been done long time ago..
Many thanks
