Brakpan Police Station Support Services temporarily closed for decontamination

GAUTENG - All communities serviced by Brakpan police station are advised that the police station’s Support Services, Firearm, Clearance SAPS 12, Domestic Violence, Finance, FCS Unit, Detectives and Social Crime Prevention Unit have been temporarily closed for decontamination due to a COVID-19 related incident.

The Community Services Centre will be operating as normal.

The building will be undergoing decontamination except Community Service Centre.

The Support Service will be operational on 17 May 2021.

The SAPS management apologises for any inconvenience that may arise from this temporary closure.

Elsburg SAPS temporarily closed for decontamination due to Covid 19 related incident

GAUTENG - All communities serviced by Elsburg police station are advised that the police station has been temporarily closed for decontamination. The Community Service Center is moved to the premises at the back of the station. (Behind parking area)

The community is advised to call 10111 for all complaints and emergencies that needs to be attended by Elsburg police station.

The telephone lines at Elsburg police station Community Service Centre will not be accessible for the duration of the closure. The building will be undergoing decontamination and the community will be informed when the station will be operational again. The SAPS management apologise for any inconvenience that may arise from the closure of Elsburg Saps

Task Team investigate arson and house robbery at Fort Beaufort

EASTERN CAPE - A 72 hour reaction plan has been activated in search for suspect/suspects behind an incident where a Fort Beaufort farm house burnt down and an unconfirmed number of fi****ms were allegedly stolen from the safe.
Fort Beaufort SAPS responded to a call despatched at their community service centre reporting an incident of housebreaking at 2:30 earlier today and found the house engulfed in flames.
Anyone who has information that could lead to the arrest of the suspects behind this arson and house robbery is requested to share valuable information with the investigation officer Cst Kholeka Mbambeni on 082 388 9344. All correspondence will be treated confidentially.
